Intensives.

About.

What is an intensive?

An intensive is 3 to 5 days, in which the client receives on average 8 hours of therapy a day with the direction of the intensive custom tailored to the client’s needs.

Who is an intensive for?

Individuals, families or couples needing to take the next leap in their therapeutic process including those struggling with addictive patterns, traumas, relational conflicts, parenting, etc.

Why do I need an intensive?

Intensives offer the opportunity for increased gains that in a weekly outpatient setting would require at least a year or more. And on the other side of that spectrum they are not as restrictive as residential treatment. Intensives offer a safe environment, protected from distractions of the outside world, for clients to focus themselves on the change desired.
